– The helmet is always included with the rental, the use of which is mandatory
– All the bikes are equipped with an Anti Puncture System (APS) that allows to complete the trip even with a small puncture or a cut of the tire
– The pick-up and drop-off times (between 9:00 and 19:00) are arranged by contacting us by phone or by WhatsApp.
– Rental point: Fosse di Sant’Anna d’Alfaedo or Ponte di Veja at Veja Adventure Park

Responsibility
– The renter assumes responsibility for the correct maintenance and efficiency of the vehicle.
– The user remains in charge of the responsibilities arising from the use of the vehicle, respecting the Highway Code and for any accidents that may occur.
– The bicycle is not covered by RCT (insurance policy).
– Any damage from falling or exceeding the normal use of the vehicle (such as wear of the tires, wear of the brake pads, punctures..), will be charged to the user.
Necessary Documents
The user must provide a copy of their Identity Document and sign the rental agreement.
