Responsibility
– The renter is responsible for proper maintenance and efficiency of the vehicle.
– The user is responsible for how the vehicle is used, for complying with traffic laws, and for any injuries sustained.
– The bicycle is not covered by third-party liability or theft insurance.
– Any damage from falls or beyond normal use (e.g. tire wear, brake pad wear, small punctures) will be charged to the user.
– Theft of the vehicle during use will be charged to the user.
Required documents
The user must provide a copy of their ID and sign the rental agreement.
